When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

- Email address
- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe, we do not store any card details)
- Information you voluntarily provide for spellwork or divination (e.g. names, dates of birth, usernames, photos, etc)
We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to:
- Fulfill your order
- Communicate with you regarding your purchase
- Provide customer support
- Maintain internal records for order management
- We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
Confidentiality
All spiritual services are handled with strict confidentiality.
We will never disclose client information publicly or privately, and we will never use personal data for intimidation, blackmail, or coercion.
- Data Retention
Media proof (photos/videos) is retained temporarily for delivery purposes and may be deleted after a set period. Clients are responsible for downloading any provided files within the stated timeframe. - Client information and spellcasting proof records are retained for a maximum period of six (6) months from the date of service. This retention period allows clients sufficient time to access and review any proof of spellcasting provided to them. However, if a client wishes to have their information removed sooner, they may request immediate deletion after they have reviewed the proof, and we will honor such requests in accordance with applicable privacy practices.
- Third-Party Services
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Please refer to Stripe’s own privacy policy for payment-related data handling.
