• Timing, circumstances, and external influences
• Some results may manifest immediately, while others may take weeks or months, and some may not manifest at all.

Order Processing & Timing

• Spellwork and divination are completed within the stated timeframe on the website. Delays may occur during high-volume periods. 
• Timing estimates are not guaranteed.

Proof of Work

• Photo and/or video proof may be provided at our discretion. Proof is not guaranteed during high-traffic periods.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final once preparation or casting has begun.
• Refunds may be issued only at our discretion if contacted immediately after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Is abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Attempts coercion, manipulation, or repeated demands beyond scope
• Violates our boundaries or policies
